What is account admin ? -

Account admin is a special feature for
resellers, network shop owners, companies or for those who
have more than one Sender ID and they need to transfer amount of SMS units from one (Sender ID) to another. Account admin option is restricted only for packages
which exceed 1000 units and up. |

What is unique ID ? -

After successful authentication to our SMS form engine, you will see at the left of the SMS submission form a line that says for example: (Your unique ID is A8KJHLh4). This is a new security system we have add it to all old or new registered users and you are responsible to remember it always in order to retrieve your lost password. You can always update it with a phrase of your choice by going to profile update page. |

What is dynamic ID and does dynamic ID accounts are allowed ? -

A dynamic ID is a blank (empty Sender ID full access field), which is ready for accepting any custom Sender ID entrance by your choice.
Preventing spam and privacy, those type of accounts are disallowed completely by our service, registration required for all type of Sender ID's. |

What is numerical ID and does registrations of numerical ID's are allowed ? -

Majority of sender ID registrations are limited for alphabetical (11 - characters). Exception can be allowed only if you have a fix regular facture based mobile number from any of Lebanese Mobile telecommunication companies, for this type of registrations you need the minimum package purchase 1000 SMS units + a copy of your last facture, you will get a 4 digit notification on your mobile to confirm it with Protechzone, and you will have a (Sender ID) like for example:

Is there any expiry date for my account ? -

After your SMS units expire, if our system realize inactivity for your registered Sender ID for long period, it will remove your account from our database as well as purge all your saved SMS logs, this mean that any new user will have the rights to obtain the same sender ID you have registered. In this case we do highly recommend in order of keeping your information alive with us, to renew your SMS account at least with minimum volume ( 100 SMS ). |

Where has been the Messenger and why was those beta releases stopped ? -

This is why those beta's was coming out before the web interface be online. You must understand that usage of a beta releases, sometimes might show errors or bugs, in those cases we will be happy if you inform us any error or bug while using this messenger. |

No. We don't provide test SMS(s) before you purchase a package. For any type of test before you purchase any package, we will send some test messages to your mobile number by a sender ID ( Protechzone ). |

How to report an abuse or spam SMS ? -

If you received any kind of abuse or spam type of SMS(s) on your mobile and you're not sure who send it. Please inform us and we will check if in case it's from our gateways or no. If the answer yes, we will terminate that user account and take required action towards him or her. Finally we do care about you and making our SMS broadcast community clean. If you one of the following, company, cooperate developer or ISP in Lebanon or out, you must have first your own domain name like for example: ".com" or ."net" or ".org" etc, If you don't have one
