For all plan packages, following are must:
1- Company logo, or we can design it for you.
2 - Detailed Description of what your company does.
3 - Company contacts, addresses and land line or mobile number.
4 - Some useful graphics, advertisement brochures for your company.
5 - The standard colors you prefer for your website.
Does Protechzone register or host domain names that end with (
.lb - Lebanese ) extension ?
We do don't register any domain names that end with extension .lb.
Our domain registration service only limited to the following
extensions:
( .com - .net - .org - .info - .mobi - .biz )
Registration on worldwide DNS:
You don't need to worry and think about where or how to host your
site, since Protechzone will manage all the required actions
regarding this issue. Will use our personal information and
responsibilities to buy and host your site on a very secure reliable
server. After the desired package agreement, you will need to wait
maximum 3 business days to view your site first page ( Under
construction ) in meanwhile we can create and make functional, the
email addresses related with your domain name.
Period between agreement, registration, hosting and online ready
site:
We do not guarantee the exact period or date your site can be
online, It depend on the payments, type of website and information
data you will provide us with, if those are available to us, a
standard website can be online and ready in 2 business weeks.
Important conditions before your site appear online:
For all plan packages you need to sign a special web hosting
agreement contract, will provide you the original copy of that
agreement to reserve the right of both parties. 50% of the desired
package plan price must be paid while signing the agreement
contract, this 50% that will be paid from your side includes
one year hosting, plus retrieving the first part fee for our job.
Remain 50% must be fully paid before your site appear ready online.
Website management and maintenance:
One of the professional goals and important services for a website
is the scheduled maintenance. Your website continually needs to be
updated with the inside contents such as graphics, texts, databases,
email services, contact information as land line or mobile numbers,
to keep it effective and meet your Internet business goals. Annual
maintenances will include content texts editing, pages, pictures,
videos,
random
updates for your website pages, database errors, repair, check,
optimization, email services,
and or any kind of other updates.
Illegal contents appearance on any developed site:
Since we are holding the full responsibility hosting and managing
your site, webmaster have the full right to remove any type of
illegal content, graphic, files that might be posted from the client
on their website, using their FTP account. Protechzone name and
presence on the web, is much more important than any type of content
posted on your site, that might bring us headache or any type of
warn we might receive from other third party of companies or
licensed, registered, brand name product owners.
Maintenance important note:
Depend on both side agreement web hosting contract, maintenance
payment must be settled 100% before any changes to the site. The
maintenance period will begin just after 24 hours of setting the
second 50% payment and
the website is online operating in normal way. Annual maintenance
will only include the pages and the products that are already exist
on your website. Those 3 excluded option below, their prices must be
settled completely by the client separately from the annual
maintenance price.
1 -
Development of full script, new page or web application.
2 - Purchase for any kind of web script or product.
3 - New sub domain or page development under your hosting plan.
Each year you will be charged for 2 type of payments:
1 - Your website hosting and domain name renewal price.
2 - Maintenances price ( Depend on pre defined plan with our
agreement )
Does Protechzone give my site the Control panel password ?
Till we are holding the full responsibilities of your site as
design, maintenance, renewal, emails, downtime, errors, database
problems, updates etc. We don't give the server control panel
password to whoever for whatever reason, preventing any illegal
access or damage to any kind of previous configured, programmed,
defined service or designed page and other stuff inside your server.
Once the password has been transferred to the client side,
Protechzone will clear itself from any kind of responsibility or
problem or damage might happen to your site, as well as our
agreement contract will considered as broken and we must change and
clear all our personal information. You will hold the full
responsibility.
Web administration, webmaster job transfer:
After your website operating in normal way and all required payments
has been settled from your side and after some months or even years
if you felt Protechzone services for your web maintenances was not
as you were expecting, we can transfer the webmaster and
administration access to a third party of your desire. In such cases
any pre paid maintenance price will be broken and (Protechzone) need
to fully free It's responsibilities, information from your hosting
account as addresses, phone numbers, credit card information and so
on. This action will require from your side to give us a trust
letter signed by your side plus the original contract that you sign
it. and we will provide your control panel username and password and
all required information. After all these you need to update/change
passwords for your own safety. |
