Website management and maintenance per month:

One of the professional goals and important services for your website is the maintenance. Your website continually needs to be updated with the inside contents such as graphics, texts, databases, email services, to keep your site effective and meet your Internet business goals. Yearly maintenances including any content texts editing, pages, pictures, videos and or any kind of media and other updates cost additional 240 US$ for 12 months.

Note:

Maintenance payment must be settled before any changes have been made to the site.

Each year you will be charged for 2 payments:

Web hosting renewal - 100 US $.
Site maintenances - 240 US $.

After your website operating in normal way and all required payments has been settled from your side and after some months if you felt Protechzone services for your web maintenances was not as you were expecting, we can transfer the webmaster and administration access to a third party of your desire. In this case (Protechzone) need to fully free It's responsibilities, information from your hosting account as addresses, phone numbers, credit card information and so on. This action will require from your side to pay us 100 US Dollars. and we will provide your control panel username and password and all required information. After all these you need to update/change passwords for your own safety and to not blame us in case any issues from the third party. The price is fixed and non discussable for any reason for whoever.

Online payment from out of Lebanon/Beirut:

For all who need to work with us from out of Lebanon/Beirut, our services are also available for you. All you have to do is to choose the package which is suitable for your needs  in the first step and then as we've mentioned above for the 50% payment. After this we will send you the contract via email, you will need to fill it and fax it back  to us. We do not accept credit card processing for the moment.
