is account admin ? |
|

Account admin is a special feature for transferring amount of
SMS units from a registered username to another registered
username on Protechzone SMS service. 'Account admin' option is
restricted only for packages 1000SMS(s) and plus. More
information about 'Account admin' you can see in the price list
table above. |

What
is dynamic ID and does registration of dynamic id's are allowed ? |
|
|
A dynamic ID is a blank (empty) non read-only ID, that is open
for any username entrance such as xxx or 12345 or any type of
custom username. Those type of ID(s) are disallowed completely
by our service. |
|
|
|
|
|
Do
you accept dynamic ID or alphanumerical registrations ? |
|
|
No. By saving privacy we do not allow any usernames that are
numerical such as mobile numbers or 4 digits. Registrations only
limited for alphabetical - 11 - characters. |

|
|
|
|
Will
my registered username expire ? |
|
|
After one week of units expiration, if the automatic
system
realized inactivity for your registered username, it will remove your account from
our database as well as purge all your saved SMS logs, this mean that any new user will have
the rights to obtain
the same account username you have registered. In this case
we do highly recommend in order of keeping your information
alive with us, you must renew your SMS account at least with
minimum package ( 100 SMS ). |

Why
the Messenger still beta releases ? |
|
|
Development of Protechzone SMS messenger, taking more deep and
concentrated work. Recently we are adding some great features
beside the SMS broadcast as, P2P chat and file share. This is
why those beta's coming out, in order to test, fix bugs inside
the main messenger. You must understand that usage of a beta
releases, sometimes it might show errors or bugs, in those cases
we will be happy if you inform us any error or bug while using
this messenger. |

Will i
have a test SMS(s) before i purchase a package ? |
|
|
We do
provide a 5 test SMS before you buy a package from our
purchase page in order to try our high quality
service, please note that the test 5 units not included with
all packages. Only 250 units and up. |

Type
of sent SMS(s) that might auto filtered and terminated from our server
without any notification from admin. |
|
If you received any kind of abuse SMS(s) on your mobile and
you're not sure who send it. Please inform us and we will check
if in case it's from our gateways or no. If the answer yes, we will
terminate that user account and take required action towards him or her.
Finally we do care about you and making our SMS broadcast community
clear. We don't want our clients to get abuse SMS(s) on their

following, company, cooperate , developer or ISP in Lebanon or
out, you must have first your own domain name like for example: ".com"

don't have one

a special messenger for your need. This will cost 1500
