Scheduled maintenances:
Before you begin or sign any contract with Protechzone, your system(s) must be "Out of warranty". After warranty period has been finished our  maintenance service include, software, email, internet problems, crashing computers, hardware failures, viruses, error messages, updates, upgrades, installations, and troubleshooting. We strongly recommend that the customer administer all system backups of essential data before having systems or components worked on.
 
Can i cancel a contract?
You can stop or cancel the contract by anytime. For this case, will calculate the remaining months and all related amount that has been paid from your side, and so on you will get the 50% of the payment for the remain months.
 
Can i have the maintenance period less than one year?
You can have a contract with minimum 6 months not less.
 
How many times will Protechzone visit for monthly maintenances?
Once the maintenance contract has been agreed from both sides, Protechzone will visit you whenever you experience any type of problems.
 
Does Protechzone can available as stable IT in our company ?
Yes, we can also provide a service such as being a stable IT in your company. for this option you have to make notes about some important points. We must have our standalone office in your company as well as our work business days will be 3 times per week with a charge of 150 US Dollars /  week.
 
Does maintenance contract include hardware replacement?
Yes. Any signed contract include hardware replacement as, main board, CPU, Graphic card, Screen, DVD writer and any additional hardware. All kind of hardware prices should be completely settled by client / company side before any changes.
 
What is Data Recovery?
When the worst has happened, you've lost your hard drive and or your data, If your systems still under maintenance, don't touch or install anything over and over because this can let our job harder. Otherwise things can be recoverable. Another reason not to reinstall is that an integrity scan of your media should be done by our side after the problem has been fixed, to ensure it won't happen again.
 
Does the contract include repair office equipment such as copiers and fax machines?
Our maintenances are limited to computer and its extra related hardware's. Repairs for office machinery other than computer hardware can be coordinated through the Purchasing Department.
 
Does Protechzone provide a warranty for work they have performed on my equipment?
We warranty maintenance works for 30 calendar days. For new hardware replacement warranty included one year.
 
Does the contract cover electric shocks on our systems?
No ! we wont warranty any damage can occur to your systems, due to non stable electricity. You must have backup UPS.
 
How can I find out if my machine is under a maintenance contract?
The business manager, or company owner should have information on which machines are covered under a maintenance contract. If this information is not available to you, please contact us.
 
How can I get my computer repaired if it is still under manufacturer warranty?
We recommend that the manufacture warranty finish before we touch any system. Other cases if the system warranty by protechzone we are responsible of it. Otherwise canceling a warranty of third party manufacture , will be depending on your agreement, and we must not be held any responsibility.
 
In what method will Protechzone accept payment of the maintenances?
Annual maintenance that begin from the date of the signed contract, it's price will be cash in advanced or cheque or money transfer. Please note that payment must be validated 100% before any type of maintenance begin.
 
Licensed or Licensing Software's:
For corporate and home usages, depended on your agreement we can bring the original products for your business or can license the software you need such as Windows, Office, Antivirus and other products. We recommend to not illegally copy on any type of media for any reason. In additional of these, your company server operating system must be licensed, otherwise we are not responsible of any updated data from the internet that might damage your operating system.
 
Who will have the full administration?
Our contract based on computer maintenances responsibilities, therefore only Protechzone will have the administration.
 
When does my maintenance contract expire?
Maintenance contracts expire exactly at the expiration date of the pre signed contract.
 
When should I renew the contract for next year maintenance in order to guarantee continuous service?
Every year, Protechzone will remind you the contract Renewal before one week of expiration, by a letter, email or phone call.
 
Will i have a copy of the contract?
Protechzone will give you the original signed contract to the client, and will have the rights to have a copy of the contract that has been made between us.
 
Fast communication method in these maintenance period
Each signed contract include one web mail (client@protechzone.com) so that we can be in more easy communication together as well as you can grow your business in more professional way with others. Additional web mail will cost annual 120 US $.
 
Will Protechzone repair my home computer?
